Irene Guarino, LPC NCC
Irene is a Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in helping people work through the struggles caused by the issues that impact their lives. She is experienced in working with adolescents, adults and couples to help them overcome the barriers that they face. She is trained in and utilizes skills from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Imago Therapy and Mindfulness. It is Irene’s goal to help each and every client recognize their strengths and to empower them so that they may reach their fullest potential and embrace all that they have learned about themselves.
Lindsay Haug, LCSW
Lindsay is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has 16 years of experience working with youth and families. She has helped many children and families with concerns regarding special education needs, school-related concerns, behavioral concerns and developmental disabilities. Additionally, she helps individuals facing the daily stress of chronic illness. Lindsay truly enjoys empowering her clients to face their concerns from a place of strength and confidence.
ANISA ALI, LCSW
Anisa is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as Clinical Supervisor. She has a wealth of experience working with different populations. She has over 14 years of experience working with adolescents and families dealing with behavioral, emotional and academic challenges. Anisa is experienced in helping adults with mood disorders including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. She also has experience working with individual who struggle with substance use and chemical dependency. Anisa works hard to empower her clients to overcome their challenges and reach their goals.
AUGUSTO HONRADO, LSW
Augusto is a Board Certified Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with adults and young adults to help them better manage their symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Augusto highlights the uniqueness of each client and utilizes a strength-based approach to help them meet their individualized goals. His aim is to provide a safe, supportive and warm environment where clients can be their most authentic selves.
MAYA GOLEBIEWSKI, LSW
Maya is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with youth and families. Maya brings a wealth of experience in addressing a variety of behavioral, emotional, and situational challenges, including school-related concerns, developmental disabilities, and special-education needs. Maya deeply understands the unique struggles that individuals face, fostering a nurturing and trusting therapeutic environment. Holding certificates in interpersonal violence/trauma and yoga/meditation instruction, she is especially equipped to guide those who have experienced trauma. She aims to connect with individuals on their healing journey to help them find hope and resilience along the way.
JESSICA PEREZ-HERNANDEZ, MSW, LSW
Jessica brings a wealth of experience working with diverse groups, including children, teens, parents, young adults, women and couples. She is dedicated to supporting her clients as they navigate seasons of transitions, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, spirituality and first-generation experiences. Jessica recognizes that each person's journey is unique and worthy of respect and understanding. Her client-centered approach enables her to customize her methods to address the specific needs and goals of each individual. Through her empathetic and supportive demeanor, Jessica encourages clients to tap into their inner strengths and resilience, guiding them toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Additionally, she is fluent in both Spanish and English.
SUSSIE LANDAU, LSW
Sussie has over 10 years of experience, including 3 years in clinical settings. She graduated with honors from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and is a trauma-certified therapist. Sussie utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, to help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. With experience in neurodivergent populations, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Sussie is committed to supporting both individuals and their families.
She creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique needs, set meaningful goals, and deepen their connections with themselves and others.
GRACE PETERS, APN PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Grace understands that each person is an individual with unique experiences and treatment needs. She is committed to providing holistic and compassionate care. She will partner with you to develop a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan. Grace has extensive training and offers the most current, evidenced based treatment options. She provides psychiatric services, genetic testing to aid in medication management, evaluations, and substance use treatment.
The substance use treatment includes medication recovery assisted treatment with buprenorphine (suboxone) and naltrexone (vivitrol).
DONNA GUNTHER, APN
PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Donna is a Master’s prepared board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in New Jersey. Throughout the years in her practice she learned that the relationship and connection formed between a patient and their provider is paramount. It is a solid foundation from which someone can truly move forward with their goals. She will provide the time needed to listen to your story, evaluate your situation, and then devise options for your treatment including medication if needed. She will collaborate with you in making treatment decisions every step of the way.
DAN TAYLOR, BILLING ASSOCIATE
Dan joined Family and Youth Services in 2021 as a Billing Associate on our team. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has spent the last 6 years working specifically in Social Services. Dan also has run a local foundation, Woodbridge Buddy Ball for over 20 years. This is a not-for-profit sports organization that teaches children with special needs the fundamentals of playing sports.
TAMARA DIAZ, MSW
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Tamara is a recent Social Work graduate and we are very proud of her. She is in the process of studying to take her Licensed Social Work Exam and we look forwards to her joining our team of therapists soon. Tamara currently works behind the scenes to help our clients get enrolled in services and also assists with billing and claims. Tamara is very friendly, warm and great at problem solving. Tamara is very excited to work with you and help out in any way she can.
